I have this sharp pain in my right wrist. It only hurts when I twist them around like to curl a barbell. It has been hurting for like two months now. It started just about the time I started my cycle. The pain goes from the joints of my wrist to about halfway down the right side of my forearm. Do you all think that maybe I pulled or tore a tendon??? I continued to work through the pain and workout bi's anywase because I did'nt want to leave them out of my routine but damm they still hurt like a MO FOE!!!!What do you all think is wrong and what should I do??

Does it feel like you have shin splints running up and down your forearms to your wrists. Best thing to do is to keep on icing them down and hopefully the swelling will go down.

If you tore a tendon or ligament you'd know

its not torn or pulled. my bro just went to the doc for the same prob. and told him the tendens were inflamed and to lay off anything that makes it hurt. in time it should heal.

Damm I was hoping I would not have to lay off them for awhile my bi's are what I have been wanting to get bigger more than anything else!! That sucks!! But I guess the pain will never stop unless I lay off them for awhile!

could be tendonitis... i got that shit ca. 3 months ago and it still hurts like hell every time i try to pick up any kind of weight... mine is however in my left forearm.... tendonitis usually takes half a year or so to heal completely... also depending on how it bad it is it could be longer than that...
(i also had bursitis in my shoulders from benchpressing, and that took few months to heal too)
try take some time off, or at least don't lift as heavy weights
(there is nothing that can heal it..... no pills/creams etc... just time)

Hey bro, Ive had the same problem before. Everytime I would lift heavy it would hurt. The sucky thing about it was I was on a Test/Dbol cycle. I had to go light for about 2 weeks, after that it went away.

Bro, I had the same thing last cycle. Wrists hurt so bad, I couldn't do straight bar Barbel curls. Try the EZ curl bar. The angle is easier on the writst.
It's better to burn out, than to fade away...
