Tweetbump thanks for the info
TweetIt's probably because you posted in the secure forum a couple of times. They get deleted every couple of days to ensure the safety of the board and yours to. Don't worry about it. If you have something deleted or edited you'll get a pm about it or you'll see what a nice editing job we've done to a post.

Tweetbump thanks for the info
TweetThats not that easy a question, do you want to know what brand and model firewall is behind the site or what? Other regular members can't see your posts, and they are deleted in ~3 days, thats about all we can ask for.
TweetOnly you (the poster) and the admin/mods can see and reply to it.Originally posted by O2BESOHUGE

TweetWhat kind of security is being used? Everyone is all paranoid about using secure email servers to talk about sources, doesnt make much sense if the 'secure forum' isnt equally secure

TweetAgreed. Thats why I have a problem with sources who openly post their presence on various message boards.....those guys I stray away from.....
TweetThat probably would be something admin could explainOriginally posted by Disposable_Hero

TweetIt would be a blue print circus to try and explain the whole set of protections one would have to defeat.
If your worried about the feds getting info on you asking questions on someone being legit, they'd have to hack it to get the info, which I think would not be admissable? Anyway, if your not currently using a proxy right now, then they can grab that info from your ISP anyway as you send the data out in plain text anyway. In other words, make sure your covered, dont worry so much about the board, JMO.
TweetHacking a non-secure php board is not a hard thing to do..I'm sure it would be candy for them if they wanted info..and they definately have permission to do such things..hence why we use secure email.
