      Hey, i'm currently running a dbol and test cycle, started at around 214, at 230 now and in 3rd week.. i think i might need to up my diet abit... anyway, ill post it up, please give some suggestions

      10am – 3pm

      protein shake (500ml low fat milk, banana, 2 scoops Prolab whey)
      580 calories 65 grams protein 69 grams carbs

      sandwich (2 piece whole wheat bread, 8 turkey slices, mustard)
      250 calories 30 grams protein 36 grams carbs

      cottage cheese (250 grams)
      212 calories 30 grams protein 12 grams carbs

      protein shake (500ml low fat milk, 2 scoops Prolab whey)
      470 calories 65 grams protein 32 grams carbs

      3pm – 8 pm

      (i'm happy with the protein take in but i think my calories might be a little low)

      looks good i would add a digestive aide to make sure your absorbing all 65 grams of protien. if not its wasted or worse stored as fat .

      i take ala at 100mgs almost every meal- u think my calories are enuff to gain well at my current weight?

      your not gonna gain 30 pounds but yes yyoull gain weight. do zero cardo and make sure you rest a full minute or maybe two between sets. If your nervous about it, add one more meal, something dense and high in calories, peanutbutter and bannas with honey or something.

      Just thought I'd point out that if the protein isn't digested it is just waisted... it couldn't be stored as fat.

      How bout throwing in some EFA's? Fish, like salmon contains a good portion of them.
