      ok guys im not gonna try to sway any of you , im gonna give you the facts as they are and not what i see and think, here it is.

      MY brother is on a cycle right now. he is in his 6th week of deca and test. let me give you his stats before i give his dosages
      he is 5'8" 180 lbs. he is ingesting 600 mgs of deca, and 700 mgs of test per week at this point. he is crying that he cant grow and that he is never gonna juice again because honestly he has gained like 4 lbs from this cycle so far. now here is the best part.
      he doesnt go to sleep until 3 am every night. he wakes up around 1 and eats twice a day, with maybe a protien shake... can anyone else see the REAL problem here?? he keeps upping his doses and calling qv products shit. help him out guys..

      Help him out man. He's getting enough sleep. He just needs to eat. Teach him to keep a diet log so that at the end of the day he can see exactly how much (or as in this case, how little) he's eating. JMO.

      he's got to get his protien up to around 300 grams. the 4 lbs he gained are probably just water.. would've been better spent money on creatine, or even better, protien.

      300 grams maybe if he wasnt on gear, he should be taking in at least 2 g per every lb so at least 360. And diet is the most important part of getting big. F gear, F training, without a good diet he aint gonna get sh*t
