TweetHey,whats up everybody.I was workin out some frustrations at the gym and went to heavy on the squats. I f---ed up my neck and back.I just got out of the hospital,they replaced a disc in my neck with new bone,a plate and some screws.I have to recuperate for three months and I go back in for the same(3 discs)on my lower back.I guess,Im trying to tell everybody,be carefull,more is not always better,you can get hurt.Has anyone else had these surgeries?what can I expect?Is there any exercise I can do to maintain myself??
