Default Does this sound crazy for cutting?

      Greetings,
      I'm running 50mg Fina/day 300mg Deca/wk, 5'10''. I've been on for almost 4 weeks and started cutting 6 days ago.

      Started diet: 200 lbs
      6 days later: 190.5 lbs

I think about 5 or 6 is from water and not having as much food in me (almost all liquid diet)

      1800-2100 calories/day

I'm currently getting 150mg/day of Norephedrine split into 3 times a day. Do you think it would be ok to add maybe 75mg of Ephedrine split twice a day in between serving of Norephedrine, or would this be overkill?

I'm also using 75mcg T3/day, 800mg L-Carnitine IM/week, sodium usinate 600mg/day (might bump up), and yohimbine 16.2mg/day (might also bump up).

      Well?? Overkill???

So your asking if you should add ephedrine along with your norephedrine? If I read that properly, I'd say no!

Dude, you lost 9.5 pounds in 6 days, I'd say keep doing what works and don't worry about adding things!

      Good luck.

      My diet consists of:

3 Packets Lean Mass Matrix MRP
5.5 Scoops Optimum 100% Whey Protein
      1 Egg
      7 Egg Whites
      1 Banana
      3 Cups Skim Milk

      Broken into six meals.

      Fat: 29.6
      Protein: 289
      Carbs: 184
      Fiber: 18
      Calories: 2167

I usually end up with between 1900-2300 calories per day. I also do cardio first thing in the morning on non lifting days, right after weightlifting on lifting days, and take sunday off. I do about 10-20 minutes of medium-high intensity cardio.

Even though your cutting you still need your simple carbs post-workout, other than that I would add a little bit of meat in there.
