My upcoming cycle will be the last one probably for a LONG time. Well I like to tell myself that now anyway

My plan

I'm no newbie, I've done cycles before and today I'm pretty pleased with myself. I started my first cycle after 8 years of weight training. Today I'm about 200lb, low BF, nbuyt I'm not quite where I like to be yet. I'm goiing for one more cycle and that's it. Then I will lay low for a long time and hold on to the gains I've made past.

Stats:
I'm 6", 198lb, bf around 9%, all in the midsection. My legs are veiny as my shoulders, chest and my back looks like gran canyon as my coach said (not from sitz though hehe)

My cycle plan

I'm starting my bulk up in nevomber, last week in november probably. I wilthen eat more fat than before. I will do it like this

Trainingdays high carbs, low fat, high protein(40/40/20) carbs/protein/fat), non workout days 30/40/30

All good fats, protein lots of red meat and chicken. Mostly solid foods. Carbs medium high to low GI carbs, most carbs frommorning up to half part of the day, I will then lower carbs.

This will continue for 8 weeks, then I'm starting my cutting for 8-12 weeks.

Cutting I wil eat like before but increase cardio and down with carbs and up with protein. Hopfully I will still gain mass. Adding T3 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. Clen 2 weeks , EC 2 weeks

Cycle:

Weeks 1-2: Test prop 50mg ED
1-5: Dbol 35mg ED
1-5 femara 2.5mg ED, Weeks 6-17 2.5mg EOD
1-14: Test 800mg test enathate EW
15-16: Test prop 50mg ED
Weeks 4, 7, 10, 13, 16 hcg 1000IU(500iu saturday, 500iu sunday) then HCG for recovery + nolvadex
EQ starting week 3-15(13 weeks total)

Week 15-18: Winny 25mg ED(just for gainskeeper..)
Nolvadex on hand

Yohimburn starting even when bulking so probably 20 weeks or so, maybe too long?

Also will take 30g of glutamine ED and 10g of creatine ED, all 20 weeks in a row. L-glutamine you might say doesnä't work, but it seems to do much for me as it seems to increase the absorbtion of foods ion my stomach por something, well I feel a lot vbetter with it, recovery seems to speed up and so on...)
Tren fucks me up too much, I will NOT take it.

Training - HST while bulking, then while cutting I will go for a 5day per week.
