What Stone said.....pasta is a carb source. Now if you add meatballs with your spaghetti.....
It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

negative. all pastas are carbs and all carbs break down into basic sugars, i.e. dextrose, glucose, sucrose, etc... great for short term energy but definitely not a protein.

Wait a second bro. You don't have a handle on basic nutrition and you are juicing?
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Thats a joke right? Pasta is carbs, hence fat italians abound

Thats why pasta is one of the dieting evils, along with dairy, since its a processed carb you have to be carefull with it. Meat is the only protein your going to find in pasta, or cheese, and thats not enough unless its alot of meat. During a weight gain cycle pizza or pastas wouldnt' be so bad if used carefully, but not a source of protein no.

Im not on the juice yet amigo. It was just a question, Im about to juice next month. I just need to get my shit straight this month. I havent juiced or lifted properly since about May. Its been about a month and a half that Ive been working out great so I can get my body going again. I was told to workout first for a while before juicing again.

Bro - I'm not trying to come across as holier than thou or anything so please forgive if it seems that I am.

When people suggest that you work out for a while before juicing "again", they mean work out naturally for 5-10 years. Not 5-10 months. You really need to educate yourself man. I'm not talking about educating yourself on gear either. IMHO, the only education that you need in regards to gear at this point is that you are not ready. Learn about nutrition, training, resting - then learn about gear in a few years. Learn what your body responds to naturally first. You will reap the benefits if you take things slow and LEARN. Just think about it. I know that nothing I say right now will change your mind. Think about it though brother. The iron game is about more than gear and getting swole. It's a way of life, it's a way of thinking. Use your head man....

Pasta is a good source of protein if you eat it with a shake or have cut up chicken breast with it (yes bouncer I said breast )....

I agree with the above statement made by Goliath.Jr

What I was trying to say was that would pasta help in protein. Hey Im barley 21 years of age and Ive been lifting since I was on the eight-grade which was around 5-6 years ago. I came from being a skinny fuck, a 135 pound boney ass kid. I just hated being skinny. Hey bro Im not saying that I know alot on roids cause I admit I dont. Ive only used stuff like D-bol, Test, deca, soste, stenox in pevious cycles but I screwed up cause I prefered screwing around with friends and couldn't maintain my shit. But my 2 past cycle I knew my shit and for that I gained a good amount of weight. I hit 215 which was my goal. I know that for you all its nothing but for me it was great achieving something I always wanted and no longer was I skinny. I started as a 135lbs 5'11'' boney guy not good genetics at age. I was just tired of being the skinny guy. My dream when I was little was to look like Arnold from watching his movies when I was smaller. Thats what this board is for, for people to help one another and correct them if thier wrong in ways. Thas why I love this place. Here where I live you cannot be talking about roids cause people freak out, especially girls, well everyone. They think its bad when you got alot of fricken drugies here, you know what I mean. Thats why I joined this board bro to get help from cool people who have the same interests.

My first cycle started off when it was the summer of me going to be a senior. I just wanted to enter school my senior year bigger and badder. So during the summer I went to buy roids. I went to this doctor in Mexico. First off I went with a bud of mine which he knew where to get the shit. We bought some Sostenon. During that summer I did a 4 week cycle which I didnt know much about roids back then. Hey I got good results from that but I couldve gotten better if I wouldve done a longer and better cycle. I went from 135 to 165. I kept the gains I made that summer, I went to school all bad-ass, but I wasnt satisfied.

My second cycle was on the next day before my graduation. Again we went to buy out gear, but this time we bought some TESTOPRIM-D which is a mixture of Test Eth/Prop at 250 mg a pop. I did a 6 week cycle of this and it kinda helped but not much. I only gained 5 pounds of it and it hurt like hell the next day after the injections. Which weeks after this cycle I lost everything and plus 10 pounds from the previous cycle.

My third cycle was around August of 2000. I did a 6 week cycle of Soste and Stenox. That cycle was awesome cause I fricken grew the way I wanted it to grow. The first week I noticed and people asked me "What the f@%k are you taking. I went from around 160 to 195. The Stenox made me crazy so I had to stop taking it. It would make me bleed from my mouth and nose alot. I lost 5 pounds from this one.

My next cycle was ok but not what I wanted. I took Reforvit for 12 weeks which was stupid. I didnt know much about this roid. I got big but within weeks my weight dropped fast. I took other roids here and there but all sucked.

My last cycle I ve done was back this spring break 2002. I did an 8 week cycle of Refrvit and Testosterona 200. This cycle was my best one so far. I went form 190 to almost 215 and I took Clomdi right after this cycle. The thing that sucked about this cycle was that I stopped lifting weights and eating right ever since May. I really stopped becuase I started partying to much and drinking. I lost everything I gained on this cycle but I found out what really worked for me this time. But its a trip when people look at you and stare.

Thats what Ive done so far bro.
