Tweeti never stick to a diet for longer then 2 weeks......I love junk food!
TweetBut damn does it feel good when I lift up my shirt at the gym to reveal my six pack. Another 6 weeks and I will be completely perfect. Then I could just maintain by eating half good and half bad. I got a pretty good metabolism thank God for that.

TweetAnyone can make themselves eat alot and lift weights, its those of us that can take it to another level and get every aspect of the game down, including dieting, cardio, and the proper weight training to reach our specific goals. Its the dedication and discipline that seperates us from the rest.
Tweeti can diet for a month then i have one cheat day that ends up being 5-6 cheat days. but i am good as long as i dont slip at all. i actually like it when i am doing good. if dieting were easy there would be no lard asses left.
TweetThis past diet was the first time I went without any cheat days and I seen the best results. Believe it or not, I found it much easier to stay dedicated and focused without the cheat days, I didnt have as much of a craving for sweets. When I used cheat days in the past I end up with bad cravings and it is difficult for me to not get carried away. I know there are many that say that refeeds are necessary, but I have experimented with both and seen the difference in results. I think the next time I cut up Im gonna try 1 refeed meal per week and see how that treats me.
TweetWell said.Originally posted by Shear_Madness

TweetI might just throw that in my signature
stick with it Mike, keep us updated on how it goes.
TweetAgreed that dieting SUCKS.
Agreed that if it were easy, everyone would be ripped and that would SUCK.
TweetDieting does suck but its worth it in the end. I also find not have cheat days makes me have less cravings.
TweetI COULDNT WAIT TO GET DONE WITH THIS DIET, PIZZA AND BEER

TweetAhhh actually cheated for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday. Went out with some of my friends and had 4 beers. After we all left we went out to eat and I had a cheesesteak, 3 chocolate chip pancakes and a half a chicken salad wrap. YUMMY!!!!! Today my muscles feel so nice and I actually look better. Love those glycogen filled muscles baby!
6 more weeks of dieting!!!

Tweetwhat is in 6 weeks? anything special, or is it just a date you set for yourself?
TweetYeah just a date I set up for myself. Right now I'm pleased with my results. Daily and not weekly I notice improvements even. After one week passes it's like a whole new me. 6 more weeks to a perfectly shredded(even if I ate a high complex carb with lots of milk to bloat me up meal)physique. I'm going for a whole new look. Even growing my hair out from the shaved faded look to the spiked up haired look. Still keeping the sides shaved though. It will look perfect once my face is completely chiseled as well. Next summer I'll get rid of it again though of course.Originally posted by Shear_Madness
