I don't know how it's possible, because I have been consuming between 5K and 6K calories a day. I have gained 15 lbs and my BF is down to 11.9% - it was around 14.5 when I started this cycle. I have been on for 11 weeks and my cycle ends next week, at which point I was going to begin cutting for summer. But now I'm thinking fuk it - I'll just stay on for a few more months and see what happens. I know it's a bad idea, but damn - I'm getting bigger, stronger, and leaner with each passing week! I really need to start dieting though! I need to be at 6% by summer because I want to go on vacation and I don't want to be mistaken for a beached whale! What should I do guys?!
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Well the juice is keepin your metabolism runnin. I had that too, I thought I was gettin fat, then I had my bf tested and it was low.
I would say continue with the cycle and just watch urself in the mirror, if you see ur self look like "Stay Puff" then reduce the cals or stop the cycle.

Time on, them time off, equally!!! Belive me, I dod a couple of cycles, recovered, then stayed on for a long time. Now I have to stay on test year round, or I feel like a little *****, get emotional, and loose muscle astronamically while getting fat!!

      Recover!!

I tried to stretch, and I really dont recommend it, if your still gaining maybe thats different but for me I'm sticking to short cycles, because I got nowhere. If you've been on for along time I'd recommend tapering off along with your post cycle.

Dude, 11.9% bodyfat is far from beached whale territory, the average man is 15-20% nowdays.

Remember estrogen levels are going to be rising, so eventually your going to level off and just not make gains off what your pumping into the bod.

This is the addiction that many of us need to fight, to get off when you need to get off.

I'm on Test/EQ/Fina I stoped the EQ and did the last shot of test on friday. I'll be running the fina for 2 more weeks. You guys are right - I need to just come off and keep the diet clean. Get shredded then come out blasting on the next cycle. I'm thinking my next one will be EQL Prop/EQ/Fina. I'll take a good 12-16 weeks off though. I love this fina man! I'm running it @150mg ED for the next 2 weeks.
