Ok so i'm starting my 5th week on monday of a 12 weeker cycle and i'm running in some back problems.
the pain is just anoying. its not a pulled muscle, or bones or nutting, but feels like acid build up or lactic acid.
the pain starts around noon and ends when I go to sleep
the pain is in the middle of my back between the spine(on each side) the pain is tense, but when i lay on my back it releives the pain??
I think I should increase my water intake??
      need help. please
      its kicking my ass

Happens to me also, it is a pain, just take it easy, ease into the stretching and stretch every day.

      Good Luck

lots of water and up your potassium intake.....I usually have to eat a banana or two before I go to the gym to squat or deadlift - otherwise I can't stand the back pumps

Whats your wt. if your in the growing stage of a cycle your bones will seperate a little, specially in your back and neck area.If you havent already you should be feeling the same thing in your chest area by your sternum.what your experiencing is most likely growth.
