If you're not new than b definately. I am a firm believer in moderate doseages over the long run and even higher doseages in the long run because it lets the body get adjusted to the drugs as well as the added strength and weight gains that when you come off(as long proper post cycle methods are good in terms of ancillary drugs, eating, training and enough rest) your body will be better able to maintain what you kept. Coming from personal experience at least it seems to work best for me. Sure you won't gain 30 pounds each cycle, but shit their is more to building and shaping your body than that.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
