TweetI always try to abide by the time on time off rule, yet it never happens. I would atleast wait 6-8 though.
TweetI just finished my last set of shots on thursday and I am already planning my next cycle but I don't want to wait another 10wks before I can do my next cycle!!! I was thinking about taking 5wks off and then start my next cycle! Do you all think that this would be wise or should I just hold my horses and wait the full 10wks before I start again.

TweetPersonally I'd say wait the full ten weeks just so you and your body don't feel dependant on it. It also gives you a chance to develop a natural approach and you can see how your body benefits that way.
Just my opinion...I'm sure you'll hear lots lol

TweetWell, at the very least, we know that pros dont really go off. If you want to be like most of the rest of us, with gauranteed recouperation between cycles time off = time on is a good generic rule to follow, if you want to reliably cheat the system though, blood work should be considered! I've thought of it myself, but still longer cycles will lengthen recoup time, and supposedly front loading does the same thing, as will higher doses used during a cycle, that makes it sound complicating doesn't it. It also makes it sound like you can cheat the system, but there will be difference scenarios, hmm.
Tweeti agree with aragorn, take the full ten weeks off. ive heard stories of how not following the "time off" rule can affect natural test production even years after discontinuance of AS. but in the cases that i've heard of, the users repeatedly didnt take enough time off in between cycles. just my .02

Tweetit depends on whether you want your natural hormone levels to come back

Tweetok, here is what i meant. you take the normal juicer, the one who in my opinion shouldnt even be doing it. the person who just wants the upper body to "look a little bigger." now these people should take time off equal to time on. now take someone else who is quasi serious about bodybuilding. their may be times when he or she is, because of time constraints, forced to take less time off between cycles. and lastly, take the serious dedicated bodybuilder. he or she may never take any time off. their goals may be to one day step foot on the olympia stage, or even just the USA nationals. so for their goals, coming off may not be an option.Originally posted by BullFX

hope this explains what i meant
Tweettake at least 10 weeks off more if you can imo
TweetI will also add on a personal note that I would even consider the clomid therapy as additional weeks to hold off. Maybe I am on a tight budget but I'm a prude

TweetOr during your 5 weeks off why not try A.M. dbol. It will help with recovery and won't make you crash. But, like the other fellas said above, it all depends on you and your goals.
TweetI went on a cycle for 4 months. Then I took about 4-5 weeks off and did another one for 3 months. I will never do it again. The first cycles was good 20lbs but the second only like 8lbs. The body couldn't take it.
You body needs a rest too. Take the time off, you will be lots happier w/ your results.
Also, when I'm on clomid I don't count that as time off.

Tweetok thanks for the opinions I think I will take the advice and take the full ten wks off. It is just that I am so anxious to start my new cycle that I am putting together!! But I guess I just need to calm down and wait!! I have only done 2 cycles in my whole life and I started 8 months ago. So far I have put on 40lbs in eight months. I think that is pretty good
TweetWell if you only started 8 months ago then give your body some down time...no need convince your body your a vet in less then a year...so good choice on waiting.
