TweetThat BP is in the normal range. For a young adult, 140/80 is starting to get high enough to indicate a problem.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

TweetAlso keep in mind that BP will fluctuate. If you check it at the local super market, those machines can be way off, as they are not calibrated very often. Take your BP often, and if it starts to get consistently high, go get it checked out.

TweetI agree, just watch it for now. Nobody is going to treat that BP.
Tweetbeing on a cycle, if your BP stays in that area, do not worry about it. as other people have stated, just be sure to monitor it,
TweetIf you wait for your bp to get that high before seeking medical help, well.....lets just say you are probably going to be seeking the services of a Mortician.Originally posted by bufflildude

My advice is to spend a few bucks and buy a bp machine, it could save your life bro.
This is from someone who ignored their bp and wound up with an enlarged heart, me.
