      how do you guys take these? i will be doing 50mg a day soon and was wondering a few questions:

      1. take them all at once or split them up throughout the day?

      2. chew them or swallow them or let them dissolve in mouth?

      3. take them with food or water or on empty stomach?

      I just finished taking the BD winny's and I like them. I would usually take two at a time 3-4 hours apart and chew them sometimes with and without food. The half life is longer than dbol but it still can't hurt to space them apart during the day. They do not taste bad when you chew them so why not? Ohh, the was also taking 50 mg a day (10 tabs)

      Split them to 2-3 times per day.
      They're not IP so no need to chew IMO.
      Take with meals.

      Old topic, but curious, how did it work out, and is 50mg really necisarry? How about 10-20?? Whats a decent dose??

      10-20mg is kinda low.
      30-40 is even better
