Tweetran a 5 week cycle tren. thought i'd have enough for 6 but the last week there i was upping my dose a little was running 100mg ed, then went 125.
Left Arm gained 1.1 inches
Right Arm gained 1 inch
Chest Gained 1.3 inches
Shoulders (delt to delt) gained 2.6 inches
Gained .7 inches in my forearm
Right Thigh - 1 inch
Left thigh 1.3 inches
right calve .9 inches
left 1.2 inches
Are these decent numbers? i'm thinking about jumping back on cycle ASAP.

I did a transdermal cycle in the past. I am here to say as one who's done both ways, transdermal = waste of fina.

My diet wasn't really that crazy. I just hit one meal that was high carbs for lunch, one that was high protein for dinner, or vice versa. i work a lot so its hard to get good food while your at.
i ate a ton of chicken. didnt even really hit a lot of whey protein. just lots of eggs and chicken and worked my ass off.
