      OK Imma need some help on this one. I have Paradeca//D Bol//of course, protein and creatine. The protein is High 5 time released if that means anything. Im looking to build even more size than I have while loosing some fat. I also have a weight gainer I could use, but not sure if that defeats the purpose of loosing some weight.

      My day:
      Wake up, get dressed go workout for about 3-4 hours, then some Cardio. (each day consists of 1-2 diff muscle groups only)(Abs everyday, but not counted)

      I work out 6 days a week, take sundays off. Sound ok>??

      I am younger than most of u think, but I am done growing and already have more size//strength than anyone you will meet at my age. Ive always taken protein//weight gainer and creatine untill now. Now I want to get serious with getting as close to steroids as possible.

      What do you all suggest for my 1st week, how much and when do I take my supps? I usually start working out(actually arrive at the gym and lift) at around 7-9???

      I also may be taking a PM fat loost formula Pill from max muscle, if i can get my hands on it, any idea there?

      Paradeca, from what Ive heard, gains come with doses, the more u take the more u gain. But ive recieved advice that for the first few days take 1 D Bol pill and the recommended dosage or deca, for about 3 days, then im planning to double to dosage on the deca 4 cc 3 times a day, and take 2-3 d bol pills? And when should I take creatine//protein..

      What do u think about this??

      week 1//2 4cc deca 3x|| 2 d bol
      week 3 3cc deca 3x|| 3 d bol
      week 4//5 2cc deca 3x|| 4 D Bol

      2-4 weeks off, most likely 2


      What are some post//pre meals??

      Im looking to get real serious so anyone out there has the time and is willing to help me, let me know.

      Isn't paradeca OTC junk? It's pretty much useless. Get some test or REAL deca (preferably test) and run it for ten weeks (with dbol the first few weeks if you so desire; btw pyramiding dbol isn't the way to go).

      3-4 hours and then cardio!?!? Might wanna cut back on the duration of those workouts. Sounds to me as if you're overtraining.

      How old are u Decabol? Not a flame but you really dont know how to train. For how long have you been lifting weights?

      Yeah I think he means the OTC prohormone stuff. I think the D-bol hes talking about is the OTC stuff too. Sounds like a waste of money to me. IMO if you must do prohormones stick with 1-AD and 4-AD. But anyways, I think your question belongs in the supplement category not the anaoblics.

      Another thing you should keep in mind. You sound like someone around 18years old maybe younger... At your age you are making the most natural testosterone you will ever make. I see that you already have good strength but that should be even more motivation for you to to train naturally. This kind of goes with the quote if its isn't broke don't fix it. If I were you I'd stick around these boards and research as much as you can before you even consider using Prohormones and especially the real stuff. Prohormones can shut your body's testosterone making down just as hardhard and can give you the same side effects as the juice but with much smaller gains. Hope this helps you out...

      OK thnx guys, yes im a bit younger. Well my old training was 6 days a week, 2-3 hours and some cardio. I would take 3 shakes of weight gainer//creatine a day. One in morn before workout, one a bit afterwards, and one before bed. Yes I am a bit younger. I dont exactly eat my vegetables but im going to start to try, I hate them all haha...Anyway....

      Well I dont want to exactly take steroids, so i figured paradeca was the best bet because it seems to work well with alot of ppl, is legal, requires no injection. Cant blame me there. Ive heard it works pretty good, and im done gorwing, so i figured why not get serious without takin the juice. Now what are the dangers of taking Paradeca??

      As for the D Bol, I dont exactly have any right now, cant rlly find a source, and kinda low on money, so that looks out of the picture, for now. What exactly are the dangers of taking D Bol, not dianabol.

      The reason im looking into taking something a little more serious is because i figured spending this much hard work and being this dedicated, I might as well step it up a knotch. Working out with weight gainer and creatine was working ok, but I couldnt loose any weight or get cut or gain any serious muscle for that matter.

      Is it possible to overtrain, I have worked out for 3-41/2 hours, but I dont exactly pump everything non stop, I take breaks inbetween sets just so I can get the extra push. Either way is it bad to train that hard//long. I do my mix of heavy weight and light.

      My new plan for now:

      Protein//creatine shake || 2cc of Paradeca -- Workout (morning)

      Get home, wait an hour or so, Protein//creatine shake || 2cc of Paradeca

      Before bed, same thing. Good 8+ hours of sleep.

      I did ask for some thoughts on Paradeca, as for now ive gotten some good feed, from ppl i know, from some Max Muscle employees....But what do you all think about it, no plz dont suggest something stronger such as the real deca or parabolin, im not lookming to take steroids.

      I don't think anyone here is going to suggest that to you. I wouldn't recommend you taking anything other than creatine and glutamine.
