TweetI found my perfect pt job that will allow me to go to school ft...They offered me the job and basically said you will need to pass a drug test and a physical which would be a hearing and sight test. Cool...right...Nope I go in and do those tests then they start taking my blood pressure and its like 150/96 or something the retest me in 10 min and it went down alittle. They said I need to lower that before they can continue with the exam and give me the job. So I freak out and I have made an appt to see my doc tomorrow but I have to pass it with a lower count 3 times...I believe 3 days of no high blood pressure...Im on tren and a little test with b12 right now...I dont know how the hell this is legal as its customer service part time and I am 25 almost 26 and its only 25hrs a week...Never had any heart probs before. I know I need to have it checked but is there anything I can due to get this down asap tp get this job...I heard niacin and water might work and ideas or lawyers in cali that think this is b.s.? Its the Sacramento bee by the way a very large company...

TweetA keto diet has shown to lower BP but i am not sure how long it takes. See what the Doc says.
TweetNew guy here to help.
First off what would they consider a normal BP reading???? This should be the first question you ask the medical screener.
You're young and healthy so the quickest way to lower BP both high and low (Systolic/Diastolic) is with a strong diuretic like lasix. I myself use hydrochlorothiazide 25mg and it does the job. If you find that it doesn't lower it enough then throw in something stronger like clonidine aka catapress - I love this stuff for lowering BP and relaxation but never use it long term.
See your doc and let us know what he gives you.
Tweetyour systolic is fine the dystolic should be around 70-75. although its not stroke out high i would see a doc to prevent it getting out of hand.
TweetYa I know it was something to have looked at as my last few doc visits they have been elevated but nothing alarming and they chalked it up to nerves. So what due you all think as far as legalities? From what I looked up it has to be a direct effect on your job thing in order for them to bar you from employment...Customer service and a higher than normal blood pressure doesnt seem risky and its the job line I have done since i was 16..Its a call center type customer service.. Wondering if my asthma inhaler might raise it too I know I had to take it this morning and didnt eat anything either...Well I let you know what my docs says tomorrow but any additional help would be great and thanks all who took the time to help..
Tweetwell standard bp is usually considered 120/80... hypertension is 140/90 so what you have is a little bit on the high side especially the diastolic. Mine is generally a little higher on the gear but usually just from orals.
Tweetas with your inhaler if it is an albuterol inhaler it is relatively related to clenbuterol but is very short acting. I've never used clen and not sure if high bp is a side effect but thats somethign to consider also. Maybe just try to not use the inhaler withing a few hours of your next testing would be a option to try
Tweetur upper reading is normal , 150 is very normal for a weight training athlete and working hard , the lower reading is a lil high , but its nothing to worry about , over 100 and u have to be careful .

Just take it at night if it makes you feel this bad.
BTW it also stimulates GH release.
Tweetclondine hcl (catapress) will lower your bp very rapidly. You could take 300mcg at bedtime for two nights and be under the 80 mark. Or if you can rid yourself of some extra fluids that will do it also. Hydroclorothiazide would be best imo.
Most other bp meds take a week to a month to get your bp down.
What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible
