Ok - please do not respond if you have never used T3. I hate when people do that...not trying to be an ass.

I'm going to add a little T3 to my cutting cycle - it has been going well, and my diet is dialed in. Fat loss is slowing as I get leaner, so I was thinking of adding a little T3 into it. Do you guys think it would be a waste to run it at 25mcg ed for 6 weeks or should I go with something more like:

      25mcg for 5 days
      50mcg for 15 days
      75mcg for 5 days
      37.5mcg for 5 days
      25mcg for 5 days
      12.5 mcg for 5 days
      6.25mcg for 5-7 days

What do you VETS think? BTW - I started 25mcg today (12.5morning, 12.5 afternoon) and I can feel it even at this low dose, so I'm just wondering.

      goliath,

On it right now, 25 mcg per day, sometimes throw in an extra 25 in evening. Been on 25 days.

IMHO, this has been an excelent addition for me. I have ADD so ECA just amps me all get out. Hardly even notice the difference, although in diet it's dramatic. I've upped calories by 700-1000 and have still cut.

Really notice it on weekends if I pig out still stay lean.

One thing have noticed is need those extra cals for energy of the workout, not energy for day.

If I eat light, do not get the pump in the gym and can't lift as heavy, very noticeable.

Definitely have to say alot more impressed with this than ever thought would be.

      Good Luck

PS-took 4-5 days at 12.5, went to 25 and just going to stay there for another 4 weeks, then ramp down, also on about 625 of sust a week

I'm leaning toward the pyramid, but I just don't know...I am terrified of the famed T3 rebound.

I'm on 750mg Sust and do 50mg prop between sust injections for a total of 950mg Test/Week. And fina at 75mg ED. Cardio 5 days a week, diet is rockin - I'm on the home stretch, and I think the T3 will poilish this cycle out nicely. I'll stay on the test at a lower dose for a few weeks though just to try and keep catabolism/rebound to a minimum.

      Any more input?

      goliath,

I did a bit of research, like everything else, everyone is different.

Had the same concerns, basically on a low or controlled schedule rebound should be minimized.

Realize most folks, even on AS do not control diet and do cardio religiously.

I've had to up calories to keep muscle and energy, will have no problem cutting calories when off, it will just be back to normal for me, this is almost like a vacation.

      good luck

i have done it both ways also. This is my second time so i cant comment on the same dose all the way through cause im not done yet. I agree with trip as if i eat lite i have no pump/energy for the gym and feal weak. I feal t-3 has helped me quite a bit and lost a ton of weight so far. By the end of this month i should be 200lbs. Look below to see just where i came from in weight..
      Start Jun 1st 02
      250lbs @ 44% bf
      After 1st cycle Dec 1st 02
      215 @ 30% bf
March 1st After t-3 and clen
      205 @ 24% bf
      June 1st
      225 @ 24%

I have done both ways, 25mcg ED throughout is preferred for me.

Anyone tried it without juice at this low dose? Did you lose muscle?

I get zero CNS sides from T3, but get the flat feeling as posted if I do not eat more

Talk to me about the "famed" T3 rebound. What is it? Catabolism? Can you up your protein intake to combat it? Does anybody here have any in depth info to post about it?

Thanks guys, I'm in the process of doing research on T3 to maybe add it to the cutting/ water shedding phase of the cycle I am starting in a couple of months and any information is good information right now (as long as it's correct).

Gaining a ton of bodyfat right after you come off because natural T3 levels are totally supressed.

what does your diet look? I'm on week 2 of my T3 cycle and i'm not noticing anything big yet. What type of cardio are you going to do? I've been doing 10x 100reps of jump-rope in the morning before i eat, 4x/week. I'm also up to 150mcg/day..

      here's my diet right now...

      7: 30 - 55g protien shake (HDT Pro-Blend)
      10:00 - 8oz canned chicken
      12:30 - 5oz baked potato/ 8oz sirloin/ 6tbs BBQ sauce
      3:00 - 60g Pro shake (Labrada V60)
      6:00 - 8oz chicken breast - 2/3c oatmeal
      7:00 - workout
      9:00 - 3 plain rice cakes/ 55g Pro shake

I do 30-45 min cardio after every workout at moderate intensity. I put the t-mill on a 6.5-7% incline and run at 5mph for a while, then walk at 3.6 for a while and just rotate the 2 for 30-45 min...

Ok, this is the rules I've lived by, I take it during my cutting cycles before competiton. First your doing enough test so that is a good thing, second, make sure you keep protein intake high. (yours looks good).
I run it 5% of the days i'm on it up/45% at the max dose /55% back down. This should combat the rebound and in most cases this way has been said to yeild the best results. I usually peak at about 100mcg per day. If your running any other thermogenic substance get ready to sweat like a ***** in church.
