I'm 32, been working out off/on for years (very seriously for the last year), and in great overall health/shape. I am doing 500 test enth e/w (tue/fri), and getting plenty of rest (at least 8 hrs every night). My diet, protein/carbs, etc. is right, so WHY DO I FEEL LIKE SHIT?!?!?! I did my eighth inj, today, and lately I just don't have the energy I'm use to having. What gives!? I don't even feel like working out lately, but I force myself to do so. I would think having 500 a week of the most abundent hormone for a man would not be allowing me to feel like this. Can someone give me some input? Thanks.

What other supps are you taking?

I've seen some good multivitamins do wonders for someone who's diet isn't bang on.

Remember that your body works hard to build muscle. It'll wear you out just working hard to build that muscle.

How many calories are you taking in?
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

      Hmm, just a suggestion..

Some people experience lethargy on test! In fact, I've never noticed a lot of enegry while I was on!

Yes. It's QV enant. (lot no: QVE 011/ 11-2005; colored hologram, rounded label corners, etc.). Other supplements are Creatine (20g daily), and ephedrine (50mg a.m. / 50mg mid day or pre-workout.) Total calories is about (no less than 4000), 200-300 gms protein daily. I don't know either, but my first cycle was test cyp, and I remember being energized all the time. This sucks, cause I don't want it to jeapordize my gains in the gym.

Just a guess, test might be real but way underdosed, so you might be shutting down your natural production, yet not getting enough test especailly with eth that takes awhile to build up.

      that's one guess

How long? This eighth inj made the end of week 4. Maybe underdosed, but not usually more than a few mgs when it is (not enough to make this kind of a difference, at 500 a week right). Anyway, my carbs are probably at least 400-600 a day. I basically eat anything I want to, to prevent from under eating. To ensure I get enough protien with my food, I supp with protein powders N shakes as well. And none of my carbs (well, maybe very little) are from sweets or other simple sugars. Thanks bros for your input.

I took today off (the weights), and will have to take tomorrow off too. I'll hit legs on Thursday, and maybe the couple extra days off will give me some bearing. We'll see. Thanks bros.
