I just posted this on gotfina as well looking for thoughts about this. I thought some of you might like to see it as well

      Vitamin E and GYNO
I have not seen information on this yet so I thought Id post it. If this is already widely known information sorry I didnt see it.

My buddy got gyno. He had a 3cm size pea in his nipple. It hurt like hell and was getting bigger so He went to the doctor and told him aobut the AAS use. My buddy asked if he should use Nolvadex,Bromo, ect for it and the doctor said no. He told him to take 2500+ units of Vitamin E a day in 2 doses- one in the AM and one in the evening. He started doing this a few weeks ago and his gyno is way better- he has no soreness at all and the size of the pea has shrunk in 1/2. It seems to be working great for him.
Lets assume vitamin E cures gyno for a second- we know its helping my buddy AFTER the fact. I wonder if a dose everyday during a cycle would help combat it from even starting.
I also did a quick search on google and dogpile with the key words- Vitimin E and estrogen and there was documentation and studies showing Vitamin E DOES INFACT have estrogen blocking properties.
Anyone else know about this? Vitamin E is alot easier to get than the other anti Es so if it works GO GET SOME !!!!!

      Hmmmm...interesting.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

One should be careful not to overdose on the fat soluble vitamins (A and E). Other than that, sounds interesting.

How much would it take to OD on vitamin E? 2500 IUs were recommended by that doctor...?

Geared how much vit E did you take to get rid of gyno?
-you said that was more successful than all the other methods you tried?

I don’t know about vitamin E but I do know that zinc is very useful at combating gyno. I am gyno prone and when I up my intake of zinc I require a lot less Nolvadex. I go from 40mg a day down to about 10mg.

It won’t replace Nolvadex but a 30mg capsule every 4 hours helps me tremendously.
