TweetFind a massage therapist that is certified in structural integration and the Rolfing technique. It will probably be one of the more painful experiences of your life but the results are immediate. Basically all they are doing is breaking up the fascia that develops over time from injuries, mechanical imbalances, etc.
My buddy went through the the schools and when he was done he offered to take me through the 10 sessions (it takes 15 hours to do the whole body) We did a few experiments and he would work on one side and then I would stand in front of a mirror and it was amazing the difference in fullness and separation. It is much more dramatic with the larger muscle groups, chest, back, and legs but it helps the other bodyparts a great deal in functioning properly.
You should look into it.
