I know this doesnt have to do with anabolics, but, I thought I would post it here also for those who dont check the diet board. I usually bake all my chicken and love it but I can only cook about 6-8 at a time, its takes about an hour to cook, and the clean up sucks. I am considering buying george foreman large grill, but all the reviews on the internet say that the clean up is absolutely terrible and the outside of the chicken cooks faster than the inside.

thats all I needed to hear. Thanks. Id rather spent my $60 on something else. The way I cook it now is in one of them glass things in the oven at 350 deg for an hour, a little bit of water, and tin foil on top.

I could not live without my GFG. I just get a paper towel and wipe it down right after I take off whatever I'm cooking. If your cooking chicken with some kind of sugar in the marinade, it can stick some. Pour a glass of water on the grill while its still hot and the steam should break up most of the mess, then just wipe it down with a paper towel. -crombie09

I can't live without mine. I buy 4% fat lean hamburger meat and cook 5oz. patties and immediately freeze them. It only takes like 5 minutes to cook a patty, if that.

Cleanup is easy if you just wipe it down with a paper towel while it is still plugged in and hot.

As far as the chicken breasts go, they don't always taste that great on the George, IMHO, but it may be because I over cook them sometimes.

Try baking your chicken breasts in the oven, in that glass pan, ON TOP of some tin foil. You don't need to put any water in the bottom. There is 0 cleanup. All you have to do is throw away the tinfoil. I bake mine for 40-45 minutes, 6-8 at a time on a metal pan with tinfoil only on the bottom (2 layers).

dude - clean up doesn't get any easier than with the forman grill! i love mine and use it almost daily for cooking chicken. i don't recommend cooking fish or steak on it, but for breasts it's awesome! i have a slow cooker as well. it's great for cooking eye of round and other super lean cuts because it keeps them juicy...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

I couldn't live without my GFG, I tend to overcook/dry out chicken breasts though. But if you are careful it's easy, from frozen to cooked so fast!!

I like mine but it gives starts to throw electric sparks when I plug it in. Does that happen to anyone else?

I have the Hamilton beech version and love it. I don't even have to wait for the meat to thaw. The only way to go.
