Tweetyou need more t-3 and you need to ramp it up and down slow but do a search and you will find ex. of some t-3 cycles
TweetMake sure your taking AS with t-3 as it will not distinguish the difference between fat and muscle. I personally like clen 2 days on 1 day off. I start with a low dose 40mcg or so and get up to about 140mcg. Work your way up see how much you can take. As for t-3 I run it 5% up 40% max 55% down. Simply meaning If I max at 75 mcg I would spend 5% of the time i'm on it building up to 75mcg, 40% of the time on it staying at 75mcg and 55% of the time on it working my way off of it.

Tweeti agree with Lmg2701 on the 5/45/50 thing. i experimented with t-3 a few months ago and just assumed if i took in more protien my muscles would be saved....boy was i wrong. diffently recomend taking some type of anabolic with it other wise you will diffently loose muscle right along with fat. not a big fan of clen myself got me sick the 2x i tried taking it, but with t-3 and clen i can only assume u'd loose a ton of muscle.
