I have been dieting HARDCORE for 11 weeks now.... I have gotten the results I am looking for and am gonna have my first cheat day today! I mean peanutbutter buster parfe from dairy queen and maybe some pizza and stuff.......... the rest of the week my diet will be ultra stricked again.... oh and today I will have a couple of beers .......do you guys think I will put on size on my waist from this [currently at 30.2"] and very low bf??

The reason I am having a cheat day today is because I am going to cuba in one week today and my father says that If I eat the way I am now and then just go there and eat the all inclusive food and drink [have not done either of these for at least 11 weeks...have not drank for much longer] I will GET REALLY SICK and told me I should start eating a little bit of sugary food and have a couple of drinks to let my body get used to it/...


So anyways I don't wanna gain ANY BF do you think I will?
