TweetSHIT!!! what a difference. I've been using a blend of 50% Whey and 50% casein now for a while and had no problems with gas or stomachpains as I ALWAYS had with the fast Whey only protein. I know it's faster but to be honest, I do not think the difference in "massgains" between taking whey post workout compared to taking whey/casein post workout makes a difference.

I've tried different proteins and must say, it doesn't matter who makes it, my stomach always reacts crazy. It's just too fast for my stomach it seems like, and it doesnä't even help with ginger. So why "suffer".
