[B]I've been dealing with really bad water retention from HGH mainly in my face, i have an important event to attend tomorrow so I'm considering using 25mg of HCTZ(Hydrochlorothiazide) to help alleviate it. I want to make sure I'm doing this safely so what are the recommended measures or precautions I should take before and after consumption? I've read that HCTZ is generally safe and well tolerated unlike furosemide if taken on a proper low dose, Any experience with it? Thanks

12.5-25mg should not mess with you at all. it is a pretty mild compound and doesnt leach out electrolytes like most of the others do. personally i would either find better gh or back off the dosing and increase it slowly to offset the water retention. may also want to look at diet to make sure everything is lined up and not creating the issue. when i have an issue creep up i go through the process of elimination to figure out what the actual culprit is

I don't have any experience with it and would follow guns' suggestions. In the long run I agree with guns and would try backing off on the GH a little slowly bringing it back up and/or checking into your diet to ensure everything is lined out to battle the water retention. Run through the process of elimination to make sure it isn't something you can easily adjust and then, if you're still having the issue you can try throwing in the diuretic when/if needed.
