Tweetjipped nailed it but i would say do freaking labs pls. estro control meds are one of the harshest compounds that are used in cycles and just throwing them in haphazardly is irresponsible. not to mention lowering estro to low will not only cause heart issues but a nightmare of other problems as well. good on you for going on the lower end of dosing with your sust though

Thanks for the answers, so it's better to take it once a week as in the last day of my shot for the week.
Should I increase the mg when you say take it three times a week, or keep it in the 200mg
