TweetYou definitely want to keep it in check. Caber is fairly safe but depending on how bad your levels are there might be a natural way to keep it down. Prami is another option too.
TweetIs Caber a safe compound to run long term. Also, does it help with body comp? When my prolactin levels start to bump up I hold a much softer look.

TweetI use supps and they have worked well.
Tribulus Terrestris
I’m personally a huge fan of this herb. In this human study, 750mg Tribulus Terrestris extract (112.5 mg of protodioscin) supplementation daily reduced the prolactin levels by 60%, from 17ng/dl to 7ng/dl in just 28 days (R). It also increased DHEA and DHT dramatically.
Zinc and B6 also help.
TweetTribulus? I’d never heard that before. Thanks, I’ll try it out. I was mostly just sticking to mucuna, vitamin e, and zinc.
TweetNo issues if I stick only to AAS, but kratom has replaced coffee lately and I think that might be playing a role.
Tweeti dont care what people say even though it is rare caber can cause heart valve damage in some people. then they will say blah blah high dosing long duration blah. me personally i dont want to be the person that knows a side effect that is possible ant then get it. so it is a semi safe compound.
here is what i do with both my clients and myself. do labs periodically and go from there. prolactin and estro can be so freaking tricky to mess with. to much you get boobs and boob leaking. to little and your dick doesnt work your joints hurt and you are an emotional wreck. people throw all these compounds at stuff with no clue if it is actually what is causing the issues. now their are docs in the bodybuilding world that are theorizing that anti estro meds could be part of the causes of so many people dying. dont know that for sure but i do know that the side effects of most these compounds are horrible. they tank your lipids and do all kinds of nasty stuff in the body.
i always try to lean toward using provi or mast to keep estro a little lower without crushing it. then again if you have dht issues then that can also cause trouble. best suggestion is labs and use these things as min as possible

TweetI've tried to stay away from caber for the reasons Guns listed. I've used Prami in the past, but it always made me feel bad. I've never thought about Tribulus, so might give that a try in the future if needed. In regard to supps, you can also look into B6 (the active form P5P) that is supposed to help.
TweetI back guns up here 100%…while I do use caber here and there it’s always been sparingly.
Trib I great for two weeks…after that the body knows what it is and it stops reacting. Great to keep on hand.
100% right since I don’t do crazy cycles anymore dropping the anti E has been such a blessing. The yo-yo of too much too little and feeling fucked all the time has led me to believe that we don’t need it unless you have a problem or are using a compound that requires it.
