TweetNot necessarily for pre workout specifically, but my favorite oral for training in general was halo. Comes with it's share of sides, but damn the strength gains I got from that back in the day were insane.
For pre workout, I'd say my favorite would be dbol.

TweetHow long before your workout would you take the Dbol? Also what mg.
Tweetwell on some trains of thought. splitting dosing up and dissolving under your tongue will lessen liver stress and since it is only active for about 4 hours give or take is the way to go. another method is to take it about 60-90 mins pre workout on days that you train lagging or body parts you want to bring up. dosing is anywhere between 25-50mg per day. going the second way is also a way to lower the liver stress a bit as well. i personally have never been a huge fan of orals in the off season since you pretty much end up losing everything you put on with them once you pull them out since it is mainly water imo. now can it give you a little boost? absolutely it can but i try to do it sparingly when i do it and i normally do it with drol as opposed to dbol because of the huge strength bump from drol

TweetBeen many years since I did orals but just started Dbol again and it is AWESOME!
TweetI've wrestle with this whether it works or not I've tried it. I've tried using straight test suspension like a CC an hour before I work out, I've tried it with a test suspension Anadrol mix shot one CCU before I work out I'm not sure if it really makes a difference what does make a difference is if you pop an adderall pill that will give you a good workout but the problem with Adderall is you can get hooked on it very easily. Maybe effedrin/caffine is a better option although it doesn't work half as good.

TweetSee I read that and then I want to try dbol before I work out. The thing is how long before you work out would you need to take the div off for it to start working I'm not positive about that I thought devoir built up in your system over time so if you're on it you're on it and you're going to feel the same whether you take it a.m. or p.m. or middle of the day or an hour before you work out I mean I don't know my off face with that?

TweetHalo and dbol were my favs… I’m about to try out a dbol/anadrol mix 25MG/25MG per pill and I’ll be taking them only on workout days about a hour and a half before the gym.If I start losing my appetite then I’ll be stopping.
TweetI've taken drol and DBOL together before, nice there is a board you can post that on and notbhave guys calling you an idiot and you are going to have liver failure ect which is all BS
I'm pretty sure I started with what you want to do 25 and 25 and that worked well. I think I did up it to 30mgs DBOL 59 Anadrol.
As long as you watch your diet it will be a good combo for you. If you eat fast food all day you'll turn into a pumpkin head lol.
Good luck

TweetI think my favorite was a test base w/tren base injectable about 90-120 minutes preworkout. There was also a nasty short/nonester combo by drakon that was wicked. I think it was called necromancer or something like that. It had methyltren, tren base, test base, a few other orals I can’t quite recall and some primo.

TweetPre-workout androgens, I think it's essential to be cautious and well-informed. Androgens can give you a boost in energy and strength, but they can also have some severe side effects if not used properly.
TweetI've read that they can mess with your hormone levels, which can lead to mood swings and other health issues. It's always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
I've found that a good diet and regular exercise work wonders without adding extra supplements. Eating balanced meals with enough protein, carbs, and healthy fats gives me the energy I need for my workouts. Staying hydrated and getting enough sleep also makes a big difference in my performance at the gym.
Tweetwell considering they are hormones then obviously they are going to mess with your natural production. mood swings is a myth btw and has been proven as such. if you are an ass hat before you start then you will be an ass hat once you go on, if you are calm and relaxed then you will remain that way. also your suggestion on the natural route is perfectly on point but once you hit your genetic threshold or get to an age where you arent producing hormones at a normal level then you may have to take the plunge. i have no issues with natural athletes and i actually give them mad props but your info is not entirely correct. also in the us if you mention aas to about 99% of docs in the us, they will label you an illicit drug user/abuser and possibly cost you your insurance coverage and a host of other issues. most docs here treat peds just like rec drugs. that is also something to keep in mind when reaching out to a medical professional. best course of action is to do as much research as possible and educate yourself, then make the choice when you weight the risk to reward
