I haven't been around again I keep coming and going but have to get into the surgery to correct a little problem and my left eye I see pretty well but they said they could get it to 2020 in both eyes if they just tweak it so I'm going to let him do it I'm hoping that I'm good by May June so I can start training normal again.
right now what I do is I have adjustable dumbbells at home they go up to 80 lb from 5 lb so I can do pretty much chest shoulders arms that's about it back and legs you can't do it's not enough weight and that's what I've been doing really for two years. I still look okay but I mean not training back in legs for 2 years I'm going to have to give a good year year and a half into it before I check myself out see if I can compete ever again.

I mean that's what I look like now below but that's from the front you know you can see in the first picture it's just really a headshot but you can see my chest and traps and stuff for being my shoulders the second shot too you can see and I was right after I train that's why I look harder and more vascular and I took it exactly after I trained I was pumped. but you can see my shoulders everything in my front is good but I'm not about to take a shot from the back or a leg shot although my legs don't look bad because they were always my best body part they actually look okay anyway I'll keep you updated if you believe in God say a little prayer for me hope everybody's good
