I have only done tren once. HATED it due to sides. My cardio when down a little but not like many folk. (Muay Thai BJJ and boxing use a lot of wind) I also go lower back pumps from it. They stopped as soon as I discontinued use.

i dont think it comes from an increase in rbc hemocrit etc... i honestly dont know where it comes from but it will make your cardio conditioning go way down. i will tell you like this, i am doing a ton of cardio right now and even though my heart rate doesnt get that high at all my breathing is rough. same for lifting as well and my rbc and blood counts are not high at all.

My hematocrit test is always in spec. I give blood every 2-3 months. Makes it hard to breathe like guns said. tren has proinflammatory effects I think. It causes minor constriction of bronchial tubes like asthma. that is my hypothesis.

yeah i would lean that way as well because when i am hammering away at cardio and running it medium to high my rbc and cbc all stay within range. now no cardio or lower cardio my numbers will creep up regardless of what i run. breathing is a struggle with it for damn sure.

It always messed up my cardio too. Felt like my chest and breathing were slightly constricted.

Good post and info. I never knew that tren messed with your breathing and cardio. I was always so focused on the other side effects like anger issues and night sweats and generally just feeling like crap while on it, I just thought it must be me slacking off or allergies that would cause this more so on tren. What a wonderful and terrible drug all in one. I assume tren-a is the main culprit. Or does this hold true for tren-e and tren-hex as well?

man they all do it and the shitty thing is regardless of how much or how hard you go at cardio it still makes it worse. i am using gw 501515 alongside of mine right now and it hasnt helped at all. their are a couple other ones that are supposed to help with cardio that i have not tried personally. i am still after over 20 years trying to figure out how to beat the cardio issues with it. a good pro friend of mine was telling me he used albuterol during preps and tren runs to help out. he says it works really well but i havent tried that yet
