      Hi guys/Gals,

      I'm currently doing research into the possibility in running ass just trying to gain information and experiences from those who have been there and done it.

      I am a natty who has hit a plateu, few friends have run cycles but had different experiences (Everyone's different I suppose) I have been advised to run a 8 week cycle 4 weeks of dbal then 4 weeks of winny, followed by a nolva pct.
      Dbal for the bulk then the winny to help reduce water retention and definition.

      My question is, is this a good cycle what are your experiences and advice would you give a newbie.

      My diet is ok mostly red meat and fish, dont drink or smoke.

      I'm 6. 95kg 32 yo

      I would not do an oral only cycle.

      Have you ever tried SARMs? Legal here in the USA. A cycle of Osterine will definitely shatter a plateau with WAY fewer sides and minimal if any suppression of HTPA and is not 17AA/methylated so it will not cause harm to your liver.

      If you are dead set on only oral AAS (I would not start AAS, it is a slippery slope if I had it all over to do again) then I would do dbol for 4 weeks at 30mg ed then Tbol or anavar for four weeks instead of winny. They have far fewer sides and are not particularly harsh on the liver.

      i started the game with a test only cycle. it was 500mg of sust for 8 weeks. it was straight out of the pharm in greece and i will say to this day it was the best run i have ever taken. i gained like 30 pounds and kept 25 of it with no pct or anything. back when i first started out you do a 8-10-12 wk run then came off completely fro equal or more time then back on adding a little bit more or add a compound in. imho i think test only for a first run is best and a great way to see how you respond to aas. when you mix something else in you may not get a gauge on what causes issues if anything pops up.

      i am not a big fan of oral only cycles, i am actually not a big fan of orals at all. they cause gastro issues and since most dont eat clean you blow up with water etc.... your strength and stuff will go through the roof and the scale will jump up quick but again since most dont do so cleanly that weight will fall right back off once the cycle is done. never been my pref approach to go oral only route though

      Test only would be great also. I figure since you had the dbol use it but you don't have to, he's right you'll make great progress on just test.

      I agree, a test only cycle would be the way I would go for the first one. Very simple and effective with the least sides.

      gains less than 30 lbs. Only kinda lean. Is at ‘genetic potential.’

      Cool story brah.

      You’re not at your genetic limit, shit just gets slow. You will have plateaus, whether you run gear or not. Like you said, you had an injury. That’s not even a legitimate plateau.

      If you’re doing this to achieve the ‘superhero feeling’, then expect to be on for life, and expect to be consistently raising the dose. Just the reality of it.

      Also, 20-25 sets a week is a lot of pressing. It’s more than I do.

      Hey good luck if you go forward but you are overthinking it. It's your first time, forget about dbol and winstrol.

      My advice would be get yourself some testosterone either testosterone e or testosterone c. Use 500-600 mgs a week in 2 injection per week and that's it.
