what i have been doing with myself and some of my clients over the last couple of years is to only use it on weak body part days. so say legs are lacking then we will toss it in at 50-75 on those days only. works pretty well and keeps sides down big time. i see gastro issues most with drol and bol in people that run it on a daily basis for more than a week or two. when we do that i try to keep it dosed at night. not the most effective but also if you cant eat then what's the point
