What's up guys? I used to be pretty active on this site I was a rep for one of the companies that advertised here for a good amount of time. Had an issue with my eyes and haven't been on here for a very long time.

I always found this to be one of the best bodybuilding anabolic sites that there were. No bullshit, no bullying, basically nobody acting like a 12-year-old. Hopefully it's still like that.

I just wanted to introduce myself again. I just started training again, been training since 1986 started competing in 1990 until 1999. Now I'm planning on competing one more time at the age of 52 at the 2023 Master's Nationals. The reason I'm giving myself so much time is I will not step on stage until I'm at least 85% of what I used to be. How long that's going to take or if it's possible I guess we'll find out.

Anyway, I hope everybody is good and we're all here to just learn.

I'm not sure. I was all set, going well for this coming July then I needed a cornea transplant for an eye condition I've had since birth. I'm still recovering from it but am at the point i can train.

It was not pleasant, they do the transplant while you are awake, no nerves in your eye. Gave me valium and something else but I was awake.

Obviously set me back a lot so Im thinking 2023 now. I don't want to rush it. My goal was always just once more but be at least 80% of what I was last time, 1999 and 27 lol. In 2023 ill be 51dont expect to get back the same. Something I just want to do for myself. I gave it up not by choice by circumstance, never felt I was done.

I did use the time to get all the supplements I'll need, which is expensive so I'm set there. Looking to start end of November. Been looking forward to it for months.
