      32 145 lbs training 6 years been off for little while to injury

      Hard time gaining weight and metabolism super fast work construction just want a boost for my body tired of being scrawny I’ve tried some sublingual pro hormones snd sarms but feel shits a waist of time an money

      What's your diet like? If your not taking enough calories in doing a cycle isn't going to make up for it. You need to pack in the calories and protein. On the cycle if your health permits and you feel your diet is in check and your training is on spot you want to start with something simple.

      Testosterone En. 300 - 400 MG a week. For 16 weeks.

      What do your nutrition and training look like?

      I work out 4-5 days a week training is good I know what I’m doing for sure I can eat a little more I’m sure but hard to put it all down. I eat 3-4 meals a day and usually protein shake after gym or snack on off days my protein is 1000 calories 60 gram 100gram carb. I eat a good amount I’d say almost a gallon of water a day but all I eat runs through me since my metabolism is so fast. I did gain up to 165 when I was locked down but that’s as with zero work and all I had was weights and time to Heal.

      Can you direct me to a site to look for items mentioned.

      uncle ric pretty much nailed everything. here is the key and the very most important point of taking the dive into aas. you want to use the bare minimal possible to make gains after you reach your natural threshold. the biggest and best gains you will ever see in your entire lifting life will be that very first cycle of test only and it could be as low as 3-400mg per week. nothing needed extra no need for anti e unless you get bloods and your estro goes through the roof. train hard eat enough and bare minimal doses. you will put on great numbers trust me.

      I agree 100%. I see many out there jump right in and blast high doses for their first cycle without any great benefit. I'm a huge fan of very low to moderate dosages (minimum to reach your goal) combined with good diet and great training. It will take you so much further with your lifting and overall health. I would suggest getting your blood work done on occasion to monitor all your levels and help keep everything in check.

      Like suggested above, a simple low dose test only cycle (Test E at 300-400mg per week) would be great for a first time and should yield minimal, if any estro sides. I would have an AI on hand just to be safe (My preference is Aromasin), but only if you absolutely need it should your blood work show high E2. As long as your estro stays in range, which I assume it should on that low of a dosage, then you shouldn't need it at all.

      I'm not here to bash anybody the only reason I'm here is I have 31 years experience in this bullshit and I know I can help a tremendous amount of people.
      A first cycle is easy just testosterone you don't need anything else. 500 to 750 mg of testosterone a week, a training program that's good and works for you and a dietary program that's good and works for you that's all you need. However, you need all three. If one is missing you will not get the results you're looking for. If you implement all three correctly you'll be amazed at how your body will change in a matter of months with just some testosterone.

      As a beginner with this stuff there's no reason to throw in things like tren or even Deca eq, any orals all you need is testosterone and it really doesn't matter what type. I would prefer test E or C just because of less frequency of injection but test p suspension will all work the same. Just do that get 30 ccsa of test E or C, do about 500 mg a week, train your ass off, eat right and in 10 weeks you'll make more progress than you've made in the last 4 years.

      Keeping it simple on your very first cycle is best as you can see how well your body responds to test. Test only on your first run has always been the best way to get started as adding the other stuff will only confuse you and your body.

      Not just gear you need to get your training and diet on point too as those set the tone for how you gain.
