TweetEveryone knows that Clenbuterol has a powerful effect on weight and fat loss due to the adaptation of beta adrenergic receptors... But exactly how much does it increase the basal metabolic rate?
👨🏼*🔬 Answer:
Clenbuterol has been evaluated in a large number of clinical trials (just like its little brother albuterol), in those clinical trials you can see that:
❕By consuming 80mcg of Clenbuterol the basal metabolic rate 🔥 increases by 21%.
❕Fat oxidation increases 📈 by 39%.
❕It has a powerful anabolic 💪🏻effect due to the activation of the mTORC1 pathway.

Tweet80mcg is still a potent dose for me. I will be jittery and shaking for hours. Wish I could take it.
TweetGood info.
Clen is one mysterious drug. I've heard of so many ways it should be used makes my head spin.
Two weeks on two weeks off, 3 on 3 off, never come off, 2 days on 2 days off and more. All trying to avoid your body getting assimilated to clen making it stop working as effectivly.
I have used as high as 180 mcgs with no real problems, you can not start at a dose like that, start at 20 and go up every few days. Honestly, besides women I have never thought 80mcgs to be a high dose of clen.
I usually use 2 days on 2 off but who knows what works best
