TweetMe as well in my neck as well as in my lower back as been diagnosed with early stage degenerative disk disease and only a matter of time before the pain comes. Getting older sucks but still can make the most of it by adjusting training methods to reduce the trauma to lower back and my neck.Originally Posted by 6p6
