Finally listening to my body
TweetCame down some on my dosage and lost a few pounds. I'm breathing a little better and I'm cool and ok not pushing the same weight zi have. I got 2 cortisone shots in my neck that took the pain away.But I know my shoulder has bone spurs again and I need them cleaned out.
