the protocol i used the last 2 years was log pre along with intra nutrition and then 6-10iu gh immediately post workout with a meal again as soon as i get home. now i had questions about surpressing blah blah blah. so from what i understand and i got this info from a top tier coach that i am friends with and work with is that the not causing an insulin spike or having insulin present is for peps and not for gh. gh/slin/thyroid hormomes are all synergistic in the mech that they work and mainly optimizing the gh/slin post workout is one of the best windows of action.

now something else to consider is multiple spikes if you want additional boosts like when you are growing naturally. like one first thing am post workout before bed and in the middle of the night. that's where i like to toss peps in there. mainly first thing am and before bed. i think it works really well and it was actually easier for me to get into shape this year than it has been in the past and i am old as fuck now haha
