Nowadays most brands selling fake HGH and its not give any positive effect on the body.
so we need to test our HGH is Real or Fake?
If we take HGH in 30 mins its breaks down and goes to the Liver and the Liver produces IGF and IGF binds to insulin receptors (20-25%) on the muscle cell and it gives some quality of insulin activity
and insulin drop-down Blood sugar level.
so if we take HGH there is a difference in blood sugar level before and after taking GH!
A lot of Diabetic patients have Glucometer at there home which used to test blood sugar level at home,
so we need to take Two Blood test:
One is Before taking HGH and another is after 2 hrs of taking HGH
if blood sugar level drops down then its a real one
if it's still the same then its fake one
if you guys know any other effective method to test HGH is Real or Not please suggest it!

Tweetsome ghrps and gh releasing peps will skew these results nowadays man. better off doing a base line igf test before starting then running gh for 30-45 days, no training before bloods 72 hours and then test igf numbers. if they are higher then your gh is legit if they arent then bunk. only way to actually test it out in reality. the reason behind not training for 72 is to keep from elevating the igf numbers as a result of training. tren can also raise them a bit as well but not as dramatically as gh does

Tweetan actual ghrp that is dosed as labeled will give you the exact same numbers on a gh serum that 10ius of gh will. so the smart dirty cheating fucks will use that to screw you thinking you will only run gh serum and not do the base igf and then retest it again after 45 days to see how well it is peaked. ghrps will not peak you the same way that gh does because they only boost your gh output for a very short period of time. so their will be no build up of igf present in the blood after 45 days. even if you shoot another full bottle of ghrp the morning of your igf testing it will only bump it up a few points at best

Tweetmy actual doc has me running ipam at 600 first thing in the ame with my gh dose post workout. we also sprinkle in sermolen(sp) at 400 at night in burst of 3-4 weeks. i will also use 3 week runs of mk as well along with the other 2 instead of serm. he cant actually say hey take your gh at this time but he asks me when i do it and he will say yay or nay haha. good doc. the dude that does my nutrition and supplementation agrees as well. just some things to ponder haha

I have used generic HGH that is sold in 100 IU kits for less than $300. Was super skeptical but it was most definitely real. Boyfat, that I had, I never carry much just disappeared all together. Was so lean I was purposely eating garbage.

Tweetthe protocol i used the last 2 years was log pre along with intra nutrition and then 6-10iu gh immediately post workout with a meal again as soon as i get home. now i had questions about surpressing blah blah blah. so from what i understand and i got this info from a top tier coach that i am friends with and work with is that the not causing an insulin spike or having insulin present is for peps and not for gh. gh/slin/thyroid hormomes are all synergistic in the mech that they work and mainly optimizing the gh/slin post workout is one of the best windows of action.
now something else to consider is multiple spikes if you want additional boosts like when you are growing naturally. like one first thing am post workout before bed and in the middle of the night. that's where i like to toss peps in there. mainly first thing am and before bed. i think it works really well and it was actually easier for me to get into shape this year than it has been in the past and i am old as fuck now haha
