TweetThat’s a good question !!!
Have you, or are you running Estrogen blockers? If not , why not incorporate some and see what happens!!!
Even better, why not do bloods and really see where the issue may be!!!
TweetOk so this used to only happen to me back when I got up to and over a gram of test (haven’t been there in a long time) but Iv been noticing after my test 250/300 shot every 5/6 days I feel tired and have brain fog for three days after my injection and I feel great for a day or two before my next shot.. Could this be estrogen or what?? 250/300mg shot shouldn’t make me feel that way so idk what’s going on.

TweetNo idea. It should have nothing to do with estrogen at that dose. If it's a long acting test when you take it should not make much of a difference. If you are feeling that the timing of the injection correlates with this lethargic feeling split the dose into two shots like 3 days apart.

TweetHey bro, try a magnesium supp. 200 mg morning and night before bed. I also take calcium 1:1 with my mag.
I use a magnesium complex with diff forms of mag. The different forms all help a little differently. Try that and see how you feel.
TweetTry the med wellbutrin. It has a little zing to it
TweetHell Bro I thought that was just called getting old. Not to mention having kids. lol
