Been back 3 weeks and using gh. Never used it before. It just melts fat off. I meant, right now, I have to be about 6%. I keep eating and i keep getting leaner. My metabolism is ridiculously fast anyway, as you can see by thaf picture. For four months I had done no exersicing at all and ate whatever I felt like but stayed lean. I lost a tremendous amount of muscle but gained little to no fat.
It is a good thing but, it also makes putting on size very difficult. The calories have to be kept so high.
