TweetThat is one good thing. I had elbow problems, shoulder problems and knees. All feel great now.
I am overdue though.

Tweetyeah but funny thing is chest work it doesnt really impact at all but close grip tricep work is brual. a little more impact on shoulder presses. now i just use the equi block pain cream and put a band on it during training. huge pain in the ass and the shitty part is the leaner and drier i get the more painful i know it's going to be. all for the love of the process

TweetLol, worry it's not funny I just understand about it being worse the leaner you get.
I have always had elbow trouble with triceps. The exercises I have found hurt the least, for me anyway, dumbell kickbacks I can always do, overhead rope extensions ok too, tricep pushdiowns but have to do higher reps less weight. Forget laying extendable, worst.
