      Finally on some stuff the doc gave me and feeling good and been real productive lately.

      Getting the home gym reset up? Hoping August and started muay thia classes start in 2 weeks hopefully unless corona fucks us.

      Going to hop on a cycle was looking for feedback.
      Goal is strength endurance and muscle loss not size.
      I’m 280 and fat. Looking to get down into the 230ish and lean range.


      What are your thoughts, ideas, changes? I’m considering taking out EQ to save some cash and also not have the hunger increase that comes with it.

      No clen or tren or dnp I need the cardio endurance and everything during my classes.


      Cycle:
      Test E - 300mg for a few weeks
      Test E - 500mg hump for after a few weeks
      Test E - 750mg bump for remainder of cycle
      EQ - 600mg entire cycle
      Hgh 4ius - 6 days on, 1 day off (12 months)

      Sarms:
      GW 50156 - 10mg/Ed for 1 week
      GQ 50156 - 20mg ED for 11 weeks
      4 weeks off
      Start process over

      The training schedule will be 6 days a week basically.
      2 days a week is a crossfit style martial arts fitness class
      2 days a week mauy this class
      1 day a week 1on1 private lessons after one of the classes

      Weights:
      Day 1: chest and back,
      Day 2: bi’s, tri’s and forearms
      Day 3: legs, shoulders, core, traps

      Will also try to thro in a 4 mile ruck every week or every other week.

      i love eq man and keep it in the majority of the time. great for a little extra joint help and the added rbc may help your running to a certain degree. the trade off is as the rbc goes up it can hamper but with the low dosing you are using unless you are sensitive i doubt it will be an issue. eq is a great compound with very little sides

      The rbc boost was my main reasoning for using it. Cool I’ll keep it in.

      not that you want to remap out your whole plan but here is something to consider and give you a bit more bang for you buck without hammering your health markers.

      keep your test e at hrt levels around 200 but could go all the way down to 50-100
      add in ment at 50-100 ed for the duration
      eq at 600
      keep everything else as planned.

      now here is the cool thing about ment. it is stronger and acts similar to tren and when i say stronger it is a hell of a lot stronger. but it doesnt impact cardio or elevate any of your health markers. the only downside is it can raise estro in people that are sensitive. stuff is insane

      I’ve heard of it but never looked into it. I’ll research tf out of it today.

      What should I run for estrogen while on that? Since I’m carrying more body fat my worry for gyno is high.

      i like aromasin at 25mg for 2 weeks and then go over to 12.5 for the duration. if it is a super bad issue then you could go with dex at 1mg a day or letro at 3.5 eod. aroma has always been the way to go for me and it actually helps lipids as the others crush them

      Ment seems incredible but ifk I’m ready for all that yet lol. I’ve ran EQ and 600 before and test e I know these and how they react.

      I’m doing gh for the first time. Maybe in the future but I’m gonna play it safe.


      Plus besides the fact I hate pinning, shorter ester stuff never plays well with my body, test P, nop, tren A that stud always hurts me. I respond very well to longer stuff.

      2 pins per week with Eq test mix is easier to handle

      Man, I did EQ when I was still fighting. My hemocrit went through the roof and I had to give blood a lot to keep up with it. I would either drop the dose to 200 mg wk which will still give you great results but not the sides as pronounced. You will still have really high hemocrit as crossfit and Muay Thai will increase your VO2 max and this increases red blood cells anyway without EQ.

      Also the high dose of test will cause probs too. When training I never go over 350 mg of test. When you get to higher level, especially with a strong anabolic like EQ you will have cramps and muscle pumps that will prevent you from going to the max. I had probs in sparring on 500 mg of test. Your muscles will just fatigue pretty fast.

      For MMA/Muay Thai I would go 250-350 mg of test and 200 mg of EQ.

      For me, the cardarine will really help about week 3-4 but you will blast off in 5-6.

      So from one martial artist to another. (Been in BJJ and Muay Thai for close to 15 years.) Keep the gear doses low, add osterine to the stack to compensate. This stuff is the bomb! It will make up for the lower gear doses with almost zero sides.

      If you are looking to get big then go for the higher doses and keep an eye on hemocrit. If you want to be a badass fighter you have my recommendations. I have competed at the ammy level for years. Even though i am old I still hand with the young fells at the camp.

      Sounds good. I’m not looking to get big I want to lose 40-50lbs and get in good shape and perform well during training.

      Once I’m back in shape and back on a normal workout routine the itch for size may come back but for now it’s not what I’m looking for.

      What dose did you run Ostarine and for how long? 20mg looks like the sweet spot?
      I’m going to stay on cycle for a while not just a little 12 week hit.

      I was running test 500mg and tren 300mg back in the army days at on point and that was one of the things that helped ruin my run was the cramping lol. Awesome ordering it today.

      Should I cycle 12 on 4 off with the sarm or can I keep them going? I’ve been reading these 2 people seem to be able to stay on them longer due to being low in sides and to toxicity and all that Jazz

      I see no reason to spend money on far weaker sarms if using anabolics and gh.

      Use money for some noveldex and T3.
