For MMA/Muay Thai I would go 250-350 mg of test and 200 mg of EQ.

For me, the cardarine will really help about week 3-4 but you will blast off in 5-6.

So from one martial artist to another. (Been in BJJ and Muay Thai for close to 15 years.) Keep the gear doses low, add osterine to the stack to compensate. This stuff is the bomb! It will make up for the lower gear doses with almost zero sides.

If you are looking to get big then go for the higher doses and keep an eye on hemocrit. If you want to be a badass fighter you have my recommendations. I have competed at the ammy level for years. Even though i am old I still hand with the young fells at the camp.
What dose did you run Ostarine and for how long? 20mg looks like the sweet spot?
I’m going to stay on cycle for a while not just a little 12 week hit.
