Finally on some stuff the doc gave me and feeling good and been real productive lately.

Getting the home gym reset up? Hoping August and started muay thia classes start in 2 weeks hopefully unless corona fucks us.

Going to hop on a cycle was looking for feedback.
Goal is strength endurance and muscle loss not size.
I’m 280 and fat. Looking to get down into the 230ish and lean range.


What are your thoughts, ideas, changes? I’m considering taking out EQ to save some cash and also not have the hunger increase that comes with it.

No clen or tren or dnp I need the cardio endurance and everything during my classes.


Cycle:
Test E - 300mg for a few weeks
Test E - 500mg hump for after a few weeks
Test E - 750mg bump for remainder of cycle
EQ - 600mg entire cycle
Hgh 4ius - 6 days on, 1 day off (12 months)

Sarms:
GW 50156 - 10mg/Ed for 1 week
GQ 50156 - 20mg ED for 11 weeks
4 weeks off
Start process over

The training schedule will be 6 days a week basically.
2 days a week is a crossfit style martial arts fitness class
2 days a week mauy this class
1 day a week 1on1 private lessons after one of the classes

Weights:
Day 1: chest and back,
Day 2: bi’s, tri’s and forearms
Day 3: legs, shoulders, core, traps

Will also try to thro in a 4 mile ruck every week or every other week.
