Hey guys just wanted to remind everyone to donate blood every three months if possible. I know most of us to get our blood work done but donating blood for men is so important!

Yea, its way more important for men to give blood than women because we dont menstruate every month. The lady at the blood bank told me that word for word. It makes sense, so being on EQ especially RBC count is going to be way up and for me that was bad! I could immediately feel the difference and my heart didnt pound as hard when we finished!

Yes. And also sometimes donating isn't FOR everyone. I cannot donate or my iron levels and ferritin does not come back. I am able to manage my numbers by eating grapefruit, doing cardio, staying hydrated, and injectable glutathione. The latter seems to help with everything in terms of blood work. No scientific evidence to claim it helps with blood thickness, but it certainly cannot hurt.

All my bloodwork comes back high normal with RBC and such but still in spec. I only do a low dose TRT as per script. Back in the cycle days doing a gram of test and 750 mg of eg wk it was necessary. That is long gone.

Dutch, what does the glutathione do? I have read that it is like the master antioxidant in the brain and body.
