      I've done the same thing quite a few times with my gear. I backed off of it quite a bit trying to drop down some. Like Guns said, it wasn't until I cut my cal intake down and switched my diet up that I really started pulling some weight off.

      i agree with YOHIMBE cal intake will make a huge differance, well it did for me.
