Hi all. I'm new to steroids so go easy New user concerned about hairloss

I've just started on equipoise, done 300mg on Tuesday, doing 1ml every 6 days then upping to 1.5ml after 4 weeks, adding in sus250 after 6/8 weeks. Ending the eq after 10 weeks and running the sus250 on its own for 3 weeks after that. Any issues with that stack let me know. Also Clomid as a pct should be enough should it?

My biggest concern though is hairloss. I have a forehead the size of a van so I cannot pull off being bald New user concerned about hairloss I know it's very unlikely but I was in the gym earlier and I noticed every time I wiped my head I had hair on my hand. Must of been 5/6 times and it had a follicle on the end of it every time. I can still do it now I run my hand through my hair and always have at least 1 hair come out with a white bit on the end of it when I do it.
I've only done 1ml of eq 4 days ago so I know I'm probably paranoid but can I have your thoughts and best ways to avoid hairloss during and after cycle

Thanks and apologies in advance for my dumb questions

You will get a lot of answers so just take in all the advice. But when you dive in the world of AAS you probably might loose some hair. There are some medication shampoos to take but keep asking questions

For me its been a trade off. I traded my hair for muscle mass. LOL
Ive tried to slow the hair loss as much as I can with rogaine, Nioxin, etc but you can only fool mother nature for so long and eventually its just gonna fall out. Some dudes are able to juice their ass off and never show any hair loss at all. Go figure.

Probably the most effective thing you can do to stop hairloss is to take p ropecia. But its risky. I never took it because I was too worried about the possible side effects. But will probably work better than anything else if u want to keep ur hair

Every time I type p ropecia it becomes this *********. p ropecia is a banned word, just like N azi and H itler LOL

Hair story: A few years ago I went to a hair loss doctor. And he gave me a script for ******** and he literally told me it has NO SIDE EFFECTS. Then I went home and looked up ******** and was horrified by the side effects and all the horror stories I was reading. Like some dude who turned transgender after being on ******** and wanted to be a girl , it had screwed up his hormones so bad. I said fuck this shit, and I never took the prescription in to be filled. Another thing is that I think it is like $150 + a month for prescription ********. So then a few years later I went back to see this doctor and he compared my previous pics and he said I lost a lot of hair and told me had I taken the ********, I would have saved all my hair. He did hair transplants and his partners do hair transplants for sly staloone and arnold and bon jovi. His patients are all told they have to stay on ******** the rest of their lives. Wow. I wonder if stalone is on that shit. Stallone should be totally bald right now but he has a hair transplant doctor that does surgery right in stalones house. I told this doc there is no way Im getting a hair transplant if it means I have to be on ******** forever to keep the hair. Then he told me he has thousands of patients who are on ******** for life and they never have any problems. I still wont take it. So I know my hair is thinning so I ignore it & focus my mind on the things I can control like getting ripped as shit and getting back in competition for my age group. Good luck with it.

I wouldn't be real concerned about the bulb or the fact that you have a hair in your hand after running your fingers through it. It is perfectly normal for us to shed nearly 100 hairs a day! Now if you are pulling out chinks, that is a different story... Like Fuzo said, get a good shampoo that will help decrease the dht build up. It is worth the extra money you will pay to go professional in your hair products. Do a search on natural supps, there are many that are helpful...saw palmetto, biotin, pumpkin seed oil, and more!

A few lines that make products for thinning hair are... Redken, Pravana, Nioxin, SURFACE Awaken therapeutic hair care. Choose products with the smallest amount of any harsh ingredients. Stay away from sulfates, parabens etc, if possible. Dont forget that gut, healthy gut healthy body

I have a funky shaped head and shaved it anyway. I kept it shaved and now I feel 100% confident. I tried to keep mine, it was either do the gear or loose the hair as i was not going to spend $$$ thousands on restoration or such.

Best of luck, if you figure it out let me know.

ok man, if you are concerned big time about hair loss and are hell bent on preventing it then i would stay off supplemental aas point blank period. now with that said you do have options and some have already been hit. what you want to look for is aas that do not convert over to dht which is the main culprit for hair loss. the more dht the more hair will come off. hold up and let me toss in one more thing before i start delving in here. if your family loses their hair ie.... dad grand dad brothers etc.... are going or are bald suck it up because you are going to most likely anyway. now back to the dht thing. do your research on the best compounds that dont convert over to it. test does, mast, provi, primo all are notorious for it. mast will eat your ass up big time. so eq is a good choice and contrary to popular belief you can run it solo and even up to the top end high dosing safely. it is actually a super safe compound to run for most people and their are papers and write ups on it all over the place. so read up my friend and find compounds that agree with you but do not convert and you will be all set.

all good responses.. can i ask how old you are? the reason i ask is i have never had issues with aas and hairloss until now. i am 47 years old and just now seeing hair loss so i assume its from age and not aas.. i am glad to see baby responded on here as it was her response on another post about hair loss i got some of the shampoo and it seems to be working..

also like guns said try just using eq. i had a friend who used just EQ and he had good results from it..

Umm so you are just running EQ now and your adding Sust in 6-8 weeks? Why? And who told you to do it this way. That's flat out horrible advice if this is what your doing. How old?

Your hairloss will slow way down or stop completely if you take p ropecia or proscar, but the side effects could be a pain in the ass

Someone in my gym said to add some in when I've been on eq on its own. As it's my first cycle I'm told I should try things on their own then add things in. What would your advice be on what to add on if anything?
I've seen mixed advice on here as far as running eq on its own, people say it'll drop my test levels too much but I don't understand that as eq is test based isn't it? As long as I do a pct.. open to opinions

No EQ is not test based. Don't ever take advice from the person at your gym. Matter of fact tell him he doesn't know dick about anabolics. Now you should run only Test E or Cyp for your first cycle.
